SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
4 PM Check in. Checking in early is not allowed. If you arrive early you may relax at the shore, but the cottage will not be available until 4 PM.

9 AM Check Out. Late check outs will result in charges from your security deposit.

Any excess cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit.
